Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for EU consumers, starting from the day the item is received, in compliance with EU consumer protection law. For all other countries, including the US, returns are subject to our store policy.

Eligibility

Returns are only possible if the item is:

  • unused and unworn,

  • in its original packaging,

  • with all tags attached,

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned, as installation makes it impossible to distinguish between factory defects and buyer-caused damage.

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at info@maar-shop.com or by phone at +49 173 2951620. Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • instructions on how and where to send your package,

  • a return shipping label if applicable.

Please note: the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and provide photos. Only documented issues before installation can be considered for return or exchange. Defects found after installation cannot be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (food, flowers, plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care items (beauty products),

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases,

  • sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, return the original item (if eligible) and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
